Adele recently announced during a concert in Las Vegas that she is experiencing health issues. The famous singer revealed she is now partially deaf. This announcement came while she was performing at Caesars Palace on October 27, 2024, with Céline Dion in attendance, who is also battling a rare condition.
While sitting at the piano, Adele shared with her audience that she had “an ear infection,” describing it as “rather sinister.” She added, “I’ve never had an ear infection before. It’s the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced, worse than childbirth.”
Adele explained that a “rare waterborne bacteria” from her summer tour in Munich caused this condition, making treatment difficult and leading to partial deafness in her left ear. Despite the pain, she remains committed to her fans and determined to finish her Las Vegas residency on a high note.
