Brooklyn Museum Leaders’ Homes Vandalized with Red Paint! – Video
The homes of the Brooklyn Museum’s director and two board members were vandalized with red paint on Wednesday. The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating, linking these to several incidents in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
The vandalism followed a pro-Palestinian protest at the museum last week. Vandals also targeted the Permanent Observer Mission of Palestine in Manhattan, using a U-Haul to throw red paint and scatter flyers.
The Brooklyn Museum condemned these actions and reiterated support for peaceful protests. The investigation is ongoing.
