However, traveling and relaxation are not always ideal, as a heated argument inside a luxury jewelry store on the island had a negative impact on the couple’s romantic getaway.
While Jennifer was admiring some jewelry, attendees noticed Ben Affleck’s agitation as he appeared visibly upset and uneasy, displaying signs of anger. Although the reason for the disagreement was unknown, some speculated it could have been related to the high prices of the jewelry. Later, Ben Affleck was seen taking photos of Jennifer wearing the pieces, but he had a grim expression on his face.
However, shortly after the tension, the couple resumed taking photos in a more positive manner, and Ben Affleck embraced Jennifer romantically, swiftly ending the dispute before leaving the store. Later on, Ben Affleck seemed as if nothing had happened as they toured the island and enjoyed sodas, holding Jennifer’s hand as if they were in ordinary times.
This incident demonstrated that all couples, including famous celebrities, sometimes argue and disagree, but they are capable of resolving their conflicts quickly and continuing with their lives as usual.

Interestingly, this was not the first time Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were seen arguing, as earlier in the past year, the pair was spotted engaged in a heated discussion inside their car. Ben Affleck appeared to be speaking in an agitated tone, while Jennifer Lopez seemed to be unfazed, merely gazing into the distance with an expressionless face.
In another instance, Ben Affleck was seen opening the car door for his wife, then slamming it shut with force and giving her a contemptuous look. Additionally, the American star has been seen on several occasions without his wedding ring. It has become known that Ben Affleck struggles to control his emotions outside the home, often displaying repeated outbursts in public.
In an interview with Vogue, Jennifer Lopez shared her thoughts about her relationship with Ben Affleck, stating, “He wants me to understand my worth, and he’s making me understand it well,” as they entered their second year of marriage.
She further expressed in the interview, “I feel a greater sense of ease and relaxation, which makes me feel more comfortable than ever with anyone else.” Jennifer Lopez conveyed her relationship with Ben Affleck, saying, “We are now older and wiser… We also know what is important to us and what some may think is important in life, but it’s not really, but it’s what others might think. It’s just about being true to yourself.”
The couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary in July last year and was seen heading out for a romantic dinner in the Santa Monica area of Giorgio Baldi, California, to commemorate the romantic occasion. Lopez also marked the anniversary of their marriage by releasing a song titled “Midnight Trip to Vegas,” in reference to their surprise wedding in Las Vegas.
